Little Plant Pantry is the first zero waste grocery store in Amsterdam and hugely facilitates to live a minimal waste live.
At wegozero we consulted them on how to gain more visibility andcustomer loyalty through our Reverse-supply-chain-story progam. We interviewed 7 of their suppliers about their production processes, their approach to sustainability and circular practices.
By reversing the supply chain we aim to support consumers as well as businesses to imagine shaping loops towards a circular economy.

For example, we interviewed Unettaro – an organic farm that produces artisanal pasta in Italy, Ancona. We dived deeper into the whole lifecycle of their product. Meaning, we spoke about
* the soil that they are planting the seeds into
* about the seed itself
* how the seed grows to a little plant
* harvest of the wheat
* the drying process
* production of the pasta with a local producer
* transportation to Little Plant Pantry
* sale to the consumer
* leftovers of the product goes to compost
* compost goes back to the soil
to make zero waste possible !
This way the whole lifecycle of a product becomes visible and we are
able to re-imagine the reverse supply chain story of a product.
Additionally, we were implementing a SEO strategy incl main keyword search and competitor analysis. Our collaboration with
Little PlantPantry is long-term and we are looking forward to many more exciting
projects.
